THE WINDOW CLEANING PROCESS

 1. Estimates, upon request of the property owner or manager we will stop by and walk the perimeter of the property. To produce an estimate, we will count the panes of glass and take a photo of each face of the residence or business. We always knock first and leave a business card if no one is on-site. We then follow up by emailing and or texting you an estimate. Upon approval we can schedule your job accordingly.

2. Cleaning, you will receive a reminder email 5 days prior to your scheduled clean and another text reminder 1 hour before your scheduled clean. Our technicians are professionally trained and will treat your home or business with the utmost respect. We can accommodate removal, installation and cleaning of screens (if requested, fees apply), clean the glass surfaces, wipe and or vacuum sills and frames.

3. Equipment, all our cleaners are equipped with up-to-date tools of the trade and are capable of safely reaching all your windows.

4. Job Completion, our cleaners will perform a walk-through upon completion and can take payment via cash, check, or card in the field. You will then be issued a digital invoice or receipt to your email.

5. Guarantee, yes we guarantee our services. We strive to offer top tier services but do realize that errors are possible. We will happily stop back by if you contact us within 7 days from your completed clean date. We will fix any streaks, smears or drips. In fact, we even guarantee our services that are performed in inclement weather such as rain.
